Academic Year 2026-2027 Registration Terms & Conditions.
Registration Period
Registration Opens: Friday, 31st July 2026
Registration Closes: Saturday, 22 August 2026
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Registration Process
- This registration is for in-person, class-based sessions at Al-Quaim Madrassa, Slough.
- Minimum Age for New Students: 6 years old at the start of term.
- All students, both new and existing, must complete this registration process.
- Registration is only considered complete upon successful payment transfer to Al Quaim Bank Account .
- Incomplete payments will result in the application not being submitted.
Registration Fees
- Annual Registration Fee: £75 per student.
- Families registering three or more children will receive a discounted rate of £50 per child.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the madrassa is unable to offer a place due to capacity limits.
Data Protection & Privacy Notice
- By completing this form, you agree and provide consent for Al-Quaim Madrassa to securely store and process the information you provide.
- Your data will be used solely for administrative purposes including student records, attendance tracking, class allocations, and essential communication.
- Al-Quaim Madrassa will handle all personal information in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
- We will never share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.
Attendance & Punctuality
- Regular attendance is vital to maintain academic progress and class discipline.
- Students are expected to attend every scheduled session on time.
- In case of absence due to illness or emergency, it is the parent’s responsibility to inform the Class Teacher directly through Whatsapp group teacher created for your child cohort.
Class Schedule & Resources
- Classes will be held every Saturday, except for official holidays or pre-announced breaks.
- The class schedule and allocated teachers will be shared after the registration process concludes.
- Books will be provided to students as per their assigned class level.
Safeguarding & Welfare
- Al-Quaim Madrassa has strict safeguarding policies in line with UK legislation. All teaching staff are DBS-checked, and child safety is our utmost priority.
- We expect parents to cooperate in matters of punctual pick-up and drop-off, ensuring children are collected promptly at the end of each session.
Photography & Media Consent
- Photographs and videos may be taken during Madrassa activities, workshops, and the Annual Ceremony for internal use and community updates.
- If any parent or guardian has concerns or does not wish for their child to appear in photos/videos, they must notify the Admin Team in writing during registration or Send email to [email protected]
Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to always maintain respectful behaviour.
- Disruptive or disrespectful conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension after parental consultation.
- Parents are encouraged to reinforce the importance of Islamic etiquette (adab) and respect towards teachers and fellow students.
Health & Allergy Awareness
- Parents must inform the madrassa of any medical conditions or allergies their child has at the time of registration.
- No nut-based products are allowed on the premises due to severe allergy risks. Any food shared during events must comply with the Madrassa's Food Safety Guidelines.
Parent/Guardian Declaration Agreement
By submitting this registration form, I confirm that:
1. I have read and understood the Al-Quaim Madrassa Terms & Conditions for the academic year 2026-2027.
2. I understand that my child’s place at the madrassa is subject to full payment of the registration fee and completion of this form.
3. I consent to Al-Quaim Madrassa securely storing and processing the personal information provided in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
4. I will inform the Admin Team of any changes to the provided information, including emergency contact details and medical conditions.
5. I acknowledge that completing this form it is my responsibility to report any absence to official link provided by madrassa
6. I agree to ensure my child adheres to the Madrassa’s Code of Conduct and attends classes regularly and punctually.
7. I acknowledge the madrassa’s No Nuts Policy and will ensure my child does not bring nut-based products to class.
8. I am aware that photographs or videos of students may be taken during madrassa activities for internal use. If I have objections, I will notify the Admin Team in writing.
9. I understand that Al-Quaim Madrassa is a voluntary community organisation, and while it follows strict safeguarding protocols, it relies on parent cooperation for the wellbeing and success of all students.
